The Resources Department provides the overall church services with the personnel and business management resources and foundations necessary to fulfill their tasks.

You are responsible for managing the office of the German-Swiss Church Conference (KIKO). This includes managing the contribution system, organizing conferences and meetings, correspondence with churches and institutions, minute-taking, accounting, and updating the homepage. Additionally, you take over the organization of the contribution system of the Evangelical Reformed Church of the Canton of Zurich, including the management of collections. Furthermore, you are responsible for the accounting of the Liturgy and Hymnal Conference (LGBK).

You have a commercial or organizational education and bring several years of professional experience. Proficient use of Microsoft365 and several years of accounting experience are necessary. Knowledge of Abacus or a similar ERP solution is a great advantage. You are at home in the digital world and enjoy organizing. High independence, good assertiveness, and confident German language skills also characterize you. Moreover, you recognize the potential to increase efficiency in the processes you are responsible for and consistently implement appropriate solutions.
