Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Turning) for a Modern Operating Company

Activities

Setting up, operating, and monitoring modern CNC production equipment
Ensuring product quality including performing quality checks and initiating corrective actions in case of deviations
Performing maintenance and cleaning work on the machines
Timely production of demanding customer parts
Active participation in the continuous improvement process

Requirements

Training as a polymechanic
Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 23:00 - weekly rotation)
Several years of experience operating CNC milling machines
Strong quality awareness and high personal responsibility
Independent, precise, and team-oriented working style
