Tasks
- Posting of transactions as well as independent management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting
- Dunning process Checking, coding, and processing of invoices as well as independent preparation of VAT returns
- Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as active participation in efficient process optimizations in finance
- Preparation and execution of payment runs as well as account reconciliation and cooperation with suppliers and banks
- Responsibility for accounts receivable management, including dunning, controlling, and debt collection to ensure efficient payment processing
- Ensuring compliance with tax requirements, especially timely and correct VAT returns
- Independent financial accounting with a focus on precise and timely processing

Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., as a merchant) or a degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- Precise and quality-conscious working method First experience or solid knowledge in accounting
- Analytical thinking and structured working style
- High initiative, teamwork skills, and strong communication
- Experience with Odoo (ERP) and in the telecommunications sector is an advantage
- German and English: very good knowledge in spoken and written form
- French: good to very good spoken and written skills are an advantage
