• You are responsible for the personnel and professional management as well as the further development of the career counseling team with seven specialists. You provide orientation, ensure quality and processes, and actively shape collaboration
• Independent casework with young people and adults with health limitations around education and professional integration, both internally and externally
• Collaboration and coordination with partners from education, labor market, medicine and therapy, social services, authorities, and social insurances
• Implementation of legal requirements and internal controls (ICS), including reports and orders
• Co-design of a future-oriented IV career counseling and support of the department management in interface tasks

• Several years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility and strong communication skills
• Solid knowledge of Swiss social insurance law, acquired through further education or several years of experience in IV
• Degree in psychology (university or university of applied sciences), social work, or comparable education
• Completion of MAS further education in career, study, and career counseling as well as experience in this field with a good understanding of the Swiss education system is a great advantage
• Enjoy working with insured persons with complex health limitations
• Resilient, clear, and assertive, with empathy and sensitivity
• Driver's license category B and own car
