Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) with good French skillsWork location: Zurich
Workload: 80-100%, home office possible
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
Department: Commercial professions / Marketing / IT
Your tasks
- Complete payroll processing of an assigned area in various cantons (monthly and hourly wage runs)
- Support and professional assistance of the assigned area in payroll accounting administration, social insurance, and labor law
- Handling various settlements and changes in accident insurance, health insurance, pension fund, child allowances, withholding taxes, etc.
- Performing various tasks in personnel administration (system changes, etc.)
- Maintaining contacts with various offices, authorities, and insurance companies
- Preparation of various reports and statistics
- Various settlements such as enforcement costs, withholding tax (partly via ELM)
- Maintenance of personnel files in Abacus
Your profile
- Commercial basic training as well as relevant further education (e.g., social insurance clerk)
- Experience in payroll accounting in a fast-paced, larger company; ideally experience with GAV
- Strong numerical affinity, reliable, efficient, and independent working style
- Very good German and French skills
- Solid Abacus knowledge
- Team-oriented, proactive, flexible, and resilient personality
