- Competent and friendly telephone customer advice on products, premium rates, and insurance benefits
- Independent and professional handling of emails, letters, etc.
- Issuing insurance certificates and processing incoming correspondence

- Ideally, you have a commercial or medical basic education
- You already have the VBV training (Health Insurance Module) or are willing to complete it
