Your Impact
- You acquire and advise clients at home and abroad and from various industries (industry, finance, media sector, telecommunications, healthcare, etc.) on a wide range of data protection law issues.
- You take over the leadership and coordination of the mandates, projects, and team entrusted to you and coach younger employees in professional matters.
- You work interdisciplinarily with specialists from other PwC areas.
- You write publications and give presentations on topics related to data processing (e.g., marketing and internet, social media, outsourcing, human resources, etc.).
- You proactively develop new innovative services and enable the further expansion of the team.
Your Skill Set
- You have a completed degree in law or business administration and have a great interest in data protection topics as well as industry-specific regulatory developments in this field.
- You have initial professional experience and relevant practical experience in the field of data protection (Swiss DPA, EU GDPR, etc.) as well as industry-specific regulatory developments in this field.
- Ideally, you have specialized further training (such as CAS Data Protection Law, IAPP certificates, TÜV, etc.).
- You can demonstrably show leadership experience in data protection implementation projects.
- Ideally, you have an affinity for trends in the field of digitalization and new technologies.
