What to expect
- Professional leadership of the procurement law competence area
- Contact, advisory, and information point for legal questions regarding public procurement from state administration and municipalities
- Legal review, assessment, and support of procurement projects
- Design, organization, and implementation of training, conferences, and further education in procurement law
- Ensuring and maintaining documentation as well as information on the internet and intranet
- Support for clients in the area of the publication and information platform simap.ch
- Representation of the Canton of St. Gallen in the specialist conference on public procurement
What distinguishes you
- Completed studies in law (lic. iur. or Master of Law)
- Willingness to continue education in the field of public procurement
- Solid knowledge of public procurement law and ideally several years of experience in state administration
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop practical solutions
- Communicative and didactic skills for designing training and further education
- Confident handling of digital platforms and statistical tools as well as interest in innovative solutions
- Independent and structured way of working, combined with teamwork and assertiveness
