Supervisor Service Desk

As a central IT service provider with our own data centers, we are active in a wide range of tasks. In addition, our Competence Center Digital Administration supports the implementation of the digitization strategy of the Cantonal Administration of Thurgau. In this varied, exciting, and demanding work environment, we provide high-quality services for our customers, which include the Cantonal Administration as well as municipalities.

A position is opening up in our team in the Customer Services department, and we hope to find you - a responsible and motivated personality who sees themselves as

• Supporting the team in daily work in case of disruptions and orders
• Handling special customer concerns and complicated disruptions or escalations
• Coordination and professional development of the Service Desk team
• Ensuring quality and efficiency in incident management
• Monitoring and analyzing the service level agreement including reporting
• Collaboration with other departments for problem solving and process improvement
• Further development of the ITIL4 practice Incident Management

• Completed training in IT
• Several years of experience in IT support, ideally in a service desk
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
• Team spirit and a solution-oriented approach, proactive working style
• Good knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
