Make a difference for patients
We are looking for a Biotech Maintenance technician who is rigorous, proactive, and has a strong team spirit to join our Technical Support department, based at our site in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the role
As a Biotech Maintenance technician, you will ensure the required performance level of the facilities in terms of availability and reliability, as well as carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the production facilities in the Biotech department.

Reporting to the "Bio DS Maintenance Team Leader," you will join a team of 8 people (3 experts and 5 technicians) with a strong team spirit and very good cohesion.
Your activities
Besides what has been mentioned:
- You will ensure the continuous improvement of the performance of production tools and the quality of maintenance documentation within the Biotech perimeter.
- You will train and coach the technicians of the Biotech maintenance group.
- You will participate in Biotech perimeter projects, as well as internal and external audits.
- You will participate in the maintenance on-call service.
- You will actively collaborate with the different groups/sectors of the department (Eng., Support & Method, Metrology, Qualification, Utilities).
- You will comply with, and enforce, cGMP rules.
Interested? For this position, you must have the following education, experience, and skills:
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field or higher or equivalent education.
- 3 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial field specialized in biotechnology.
- Skills in mechanics or electromechanics; basic knowledge in electrical and pneumatic fields.
- Good command of Pack Office tools, knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Good command of French (spoken and written), technical English.
- Positive and collaborative attitude, solution-oriented, with a strong team spirit.
