Site Manager Logistics Bad Zurzach (100%)

Are you a leader with experience in logistics who takes responsibility and plans ahead? Do you want to get involved and at the same time decisively shape the development of the Bad Zurzach site and the future of logistics at GONSER? Then we look forward to your application!

In this key role, you take overall responsibility for our new site in Bad Zurzach. You ensure that processes, structures, and people work together so that our site remains sustainably successful. You not only manage the operational day-to-day business but also shape the strategic development and represent GONSER and GOLISTIK both internally and externally.

With your clear stance, proactivity, and willingness to make difficult decisions, you create an environment of orientation, reliability, and development. You recognize potential in the team and processes and actively promote their development.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive management of the site, both professionally and personally
• Responsibility for compliance and optimization of processes in goods receipt, goods issue, and order picking
• Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving measures in case of deviations
• Consistent and clear addressing of challenges and conflicts
• Ensuring resource and personnel planning by team leaders
• Leading management meetings and staff training
• Communication and coordination with internal and external parties
• Responsibility for infrastructure management (building maintenance, fleet management, machine maintenance, etc.)
• Leading and implementing projects

What is important to us

• You already have several years of leadership experience, appropriate training (logistics specialist or certified logistics manager), and many years of professional experience in logistics
• With your natural authority, you lead teams confidently and competently, enjoy speaking in front of groups to inspire and motivate them through clear communication
• You recognize talents, develop people further, and provide orientation and security even in change and stressful situations
• You think and act entrepreneurially and represent the site internally and externally.
• You get involved, think along, and lead your team motivated by your energetic manner
• You approach challenges pragmatically, keep an overview even in hectic situations, and combine attention to detail with a view of the whole
• As a digital native, proficient use of MS Office applications is natural for you and an integral part of your working style
• You have a current forklift license (SUVA recognized) and a category B driving license to run errands if needed
