Your new role
A well-maintained, functional, and cleanly kept property is our best business card. As an employee in the building service, you are part of a dedicated nine-person team that jointly ensures smooth technical and infrastructural operations and acts as a competent contact point for various stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work as well as winter services. Maintaining and marking the football fields is also part of your duties. Additionally, you participate in events and support sports operations. With your commitment, you contribute significantly to the preservation of the value of our facilities and the high satisfaction of our users.
This position is for you if you
- have completed a vocational training in a craft.
- have training as a specialist in facility maintenance or have several years of experience in building services and demonstrate manual skills.
- enjoy working in a sports environment.
- work conscientiously, responsibly, and independently.
- possess strong team and social skills and find it easy to interact with different people in diverse areas of responsibility.
- are committed and motivated to contribute to a team.
- can communicate well orally and in writing in German to interact with various stakeholders.
- hold a valid category B driving license.
- are willing to work in rotating shifts (early and late shifts) and also take on weekend duties.
