• Consultation of patients and their relatives
• Clarification of social insurance and financial issues
• Organization of outpatient support measures for returning home
• Placement of patients in suitable institutions
• Networking patients with authorities and organizations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the treatment team 
• Possibly supervising students 

Profile

• Completed training in social work mandatory
• Knowledge of social insurance system
• Experience in clinical social work advantageous
• Ability to deal with severe human fates
• Flexibility, teamwork skills, and resilience
• Good organizational skills and independent working style
• Very good German skills, foreign language skills advantageous
• CAS practical training desirable
