YOUR TASKS

During your 3-year commercial apprenticeship, based on the 2023 commercial apprenticeship reform, you will be trained in the following departments:

• Human Resources
• Data & Analytics
• Sponsors & Customer Service
• Finance
• Marketing & Communication
• International Programs

You will gain insight into the various departments and actively work in different areas. In doing so, you will take on varied tasks, acquire solid commercial knowledge, and gain insight into international development cooperation. Optionally, you will attend the part-time commercial vocational school with integrated vocational baccalaureate (BM1). In the 3rd year of apprenticeship, the new 2023 commercial apprenticeship reform offers different specializations – Helvetas offers the Finance option and the Technology option as a company.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• For this apprenticeship, you bring a good Sek A diploma or a very good Sek B diploma.
• You are motivated, open, and reliable and enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
• You are interested in foreign languages and cultures and enjoy communicating in English and/or French.
• You enjoy daily computer use and handling commercial tasks.
• Additionally, you have an interest in international development cooperation and would like to work in an international and multicultural environment.
