These are your main tasks
- Incoming & outgoing goods:
Receipt, inspection, and booking of incoming goods, materials, and raw materials; preparation and handling of shipments of finished goods.
Provision of goods for external work and organization of transport
Unloading of aluminum - Internal transport:
Supply of departments through internal logistics, disposal of casting waste, intermediate and finished products using industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts). - Inventory management:
Monitoring and maintenance of stock levels in the ERP system (Infor); conducting inventories and stock corrections. - Order picking & packaging:
Preparation of orders according to delivery notes; professional packaging considering customer and quality specifications. - Warehouse organization:
Co-design of an optimal warehouse structure; order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations in the warehouse area.
Possible co-design and optimization of the warehouse. - Quality & safety awareness:
Reporting of damages or deviations in goods; compliance with all relevant occupational and environmental protection regulations.
Profile
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or EBA
- Experience in logistics of an industrial production company
- Confident handling of industrial trucks (forklift license required)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is an advantage
