• Management of the TopShop while adhering to the budget and key figures
• Competent support and advice for our customers
• Employee management as well as planning and coordination of personnel deployment
• Responsible for inventory management and ordering of the sales assortment
• Planning of sales activities and optimal product presentation
• Various administrative tasks
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the TopShop and gas station areas

You have completed training in retail or have several years of experience in sales (food). With your competent, courteous manner, you skillfully respond to customer wishes, motivate employees purposefully, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. Initiative, organizational talent, and independent work are your strengths. You like to take responsibility, ideally have some leadership experience, act entrepreneurially, and are a team player. You are flexible regarding your work assignments, i.e., irregular working hours (early shifts from 5:00 a.m., late shifts until approx. 10:00 p.m., holidays, and weekend shifts) are a welcome change for you. You are also not dependent on public transport, have a driver's license and a car (commute, shifts), and ideally live nearby.
