Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to our standards.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and seating areas.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about coffee preparation techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work lunch, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Fluency in German and/or English; additional languages are an advantage.
