What you will do
- Support the Executive Chef in managing and organizing all kitchen operations
- Responsibility for the quality and presentation of all dishes
- Participation in menu design, seasonal offers, and culinary innovations
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and cost standards
- Motivation, training, and development of the kitchen team
What you bring with you
- Completed chef training and several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an upscale or international environment
- Leadership skills, organizational talent, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Creativity, passion, and attention to detail
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Team spirit, resilience, and joy in delighting guests

Your workplace
Your new workplace is located in Zurich-West. The Renaissance Tower Hotel comprises 252 standard rooms and 48 suites, including a Presidential Suite and a Grand Suite. Furthermore, the hotel has 10 conference rooms, the Equinox Restaurant, as well as the Lucid Bar & Lounge.
