 - Proficient in payroll and ERP systems like SAP HCM.

Your Tasks
- Independent preparation of monthly payrolls for a defined group of employees
- Maintenance and management of personnel master data in the payroll system
- Contact person for employees (m/f/d) in all payroll-related questions
- Processing of entries and exits, maternity leave, parental leave, and other personnel processes
- Execution of year-end closing tasks as well as notifications to health insurance companies and tax offices
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in human resources or payroll accounting
- Proficient knowledge of income tax and social security law
- Confident handling of common payroll and ERP systems (e.g., SAP HCM or P&I LOGA)
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- Team spirit and enjoyment of communication
