Job Description
Your mission
As a Real Estate Consultant within the Lausanne team, you will play a key role in developing our office and particularly in advising on expert mandates. Join our dynamic team responsible for our clients in French-speaking Switzerland.
More specifically, your main tasks will be:
- Real estate valuations using various methods (mainly DCF but also intrinsic, hedonic)
- Management of real estate portfolios on behalf of renowned clients
- Advice and follow-up with clients on ambitious projects
- Participation in the development of innovative projects
- Client relationship management & prospecting new clients
Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow.
Qualifications
- University or HES studies (HEC, Law, Architecture, ...)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate
- Additional training in real estate with a recognized certification is an advantage (for example: IEI, SVIT or USPI)
- Good client relations. Having a good network is a plus
- An affinity with IT systems and good computer skills with a willingness to learn more
- Native French speaker. Professional skills in English. German is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and precisely
- An entrepreneurial spirit
