Head of Swimming Facilities

Take responsibility for the municipal swimming facilities – with leadership skills, technical understanding, and customer focus! Tasks

• You lead the swimming facilities area both professionally and personally
• You are the central contact person and coordinate the interfaces between administration and swimming operations
• You ensure professional, safe, and customer-oriented swimming operations
• You are responsible for the budget, operations management, and maintenance of the facilities
• You assist in swimming operations as needed and take on deputy roles in operations and water supervision

Expectations

• Completed training as a swimming facilities specialist or an equivalent qualification (including BAKU, SLRG/igba PRO, BLS/AED, specialist permit for swimming water disinfectants BAG)
• Several years of experience in managing swimming or sports facilities
• Solid knowledge of the technology of operational, sanitary, and electrical systems
• Organizational talent, leadership skills, communication skills
• Very good IT application and German language skills
