Your area of action
- As a manager, you lead and develop a team of over 30 employees in the areas of receivables management and treasury
- Managing complex collection cases is part of your daily routine, and you communicate confidently with demanding clients
- You pay particular attention to the management of health insurance receivables
- Effectively, you optimize processes and ensure the follow-up of reminder procedures
- You work closely with internal and external stakeholders in German and French
Your strengths
- A degree in business management (ES, HES) or Federal Certificate of Specialist in Finance, as well as solid experience in collection management
- Your management experience allows you to advance your team and motivate them to give their best
- Knowledge of health insurance or the healthcare sector is an advantage
- You tackle challenges with a solution-oriented approach
- You adapt quickly to changes and remain flexible even in demanding situations
- Comfortable with digital tools, you easily master new technologies
- You communicate with ease and persuasion in German and French
