Head of Purchasing & Maintenance (m/f/d) 50 - 60%

• Technical and organizational management of the Purchasing & Maintenance department in the demanding environment of a service laboratory
• Design of the supplier portfolio and definition of the sourcing strategy together with the Analytics management
• Support of strategic suppliers including contract and price negotiations
• Collaboration with customs and authorities
• Review and approval of orders
• Organization of inventory management of approx. 2,500 chemicals and operating materials

• Successfully completed commercial or laboratory technical training with further education in purchasing
• Analytical thinking and negotiation skills are among your competencies
• You already have professional and leadership experience in a similar position and/or bring industry-specific expertise (laboratory, chemical trade, chemical/pharmaceutical production, etc.)
• Good English skills in spoken and written form (French skills are an advantage)
