The "Competence Center & Structured Finance" area brings together dedicated specialists in various teams for the most demanding financing solutions for national and international major clients (companies, private investors, pension funds, and public-law entities) as well as selected special segments with nationwide Swiss reach (large SMEs, professionals, and start-ups).

You support the client advisors in financing transactions, onboardings, and other customer needs and are also in direct contact with customers. The ideal entry into the fascinating world of large client business – building expertise in financing topics such as construction/real estate and loan syndication included!

Your tasks

You act as a Corporate Client Partner alongside the Key Account Managers and corporate client advisors in the individual support of our key clients and independently accompany them in financing solutions (unsecured and secured) and in daily business
You support loan syndications in managing closed syndicated loans (agency)
You contribute to the thorough risk and creditworthiness analysis of our counterparties and create company profiles, prepare reviews, and ensure data quality in our systems
You represent Zürcher Kantonalbank in various activities with process and specialist know-how towards our customers. This includes, among other things, the commercial assessment of credit positions, preparation of real estate valuations, fundamental review of financing requests, reporting on large construction projects, issuance of credit and security agreements, conclusion of fixed loans/deposits, or processing of pending payments
You support onboarding of new customers and assist with clarifications and documentation
You independently complete and coordinate customer orders in banking business and efficiently use the various interfaces within the bank
Together with the client advisors, you are in direct contact with customers and take responsibility in communication
To meet the constantly changing needs of our customers, there are always projects where we gladly count on your input and collaboration

Your profile

Completed or ongoing business administration education (university, university of applied sciences, advanced training, or similar)
You enjoy actively supporting the client advisors and our corporate clients as a sparring partner with pronounced service and quality orientation
Initial experience in commercial financing or in real estate financing business for corporate clients (customer front, middle/back office, and/or credit analysis) is an advantage
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Very good communication skills in written and spoken form
Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
You are eager to learn and willing to go the extra mile
You are a positive and performance-oriented personality with team player qualities
You enjoy dealing with customers and internal partners (high social and negotiation competence as well as communication skills)
You like to work independently and are careful and responsible
