Tasks/Responsibilities
What you will achieve:
- Development of optimized maintenance processes and the corresponding organization
- Responsible for as trouble-free operation as possible of the technical production facilities
- Co-decision in personnel planning,
-selection, -training, -development, -management and -release - Coordination in case of electrical faults
- Developing preventive measures to ensure high availability of production facilities
- Implementing maintenance policy and objectives in coordination with the Head of Maintenance
- Preparation and execution of revisions
- Troubleshooting and repair in the specialist area
- Planning, project management and commissioning of new systems
- Leadership responsibility for shift employees
Skills
You inspire us:
- Basic electrical training supplemented by further training as a maintenance specialist or equivalent (technician HF, workshop manager)
- Authorization for in-house installation work as a company electrician NIV Art. 13 desirable
- Several years of experience in the field of electrical maintenance
- Good PLC knowledge – Siemens S7
- Leadership experience in a similar function, preferably in an industrial environment
- Good IT user skills (Office, SAP)
- Winning and team-oriented personality, high resilience and assertiveness
- Pragmatic working style, doer mentality
