About the job
The Zentrum im Hof Foundation ensures comprehensive care in the areas of housing and elderly care on behalf of the municipality of Greifensee. The modern and brightly designed house is located near the historic town center and the lake. The center includes three inpatient nursing groups with 28 residents as well as 12 age-appropriate apartments. The public Spitex of the municipality of Greifensee is also affiliated with the foundation.
To complement our team in Spitex, we are looking for a skilled and reliable
Certified Nursing Specialist HF approx. 50%
who places our clients at the center of their commitment.
Your tasks
You care for, support, and advise clients holistically in their familiar environment and thereby maintain or promote their independence. After careful introduction, you plan the care needs and manage and monitor the care process. Active collaboration with relatives and/or other involved professionals is part of your duties, as is close cooperation within the team.
Your profile
- Degree as a certified nursing specialist FH/HF
- Independent working style, as well as responsible and committed action
- Good communication skills and IT knowledge (Perigon, RAI-HC)
- Possession of a driver’s license, own car (assignments are also possible by bike)
- Returnees are welcome
