Your tasks
- Ensuring the smooth operation of building technology (HVAC, electrical, building control systems)
- Conducting inspection rounds, functional tests, and troubleshooting
- Regular maintenance work
- Supervision of building technical systems, including minor repairs
- Accompanying, monitoring, and coordinating external service providers and craftsmen
- Checking and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Friendly and professional contact person for employees, customers, and visitors
- Receiving and processing concerns, fault reports, and technical questions
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
Your profile
- Training in technical, craft, or building technology fields (e.g., janitor with federal certificate, electrician, sanitary installer, mechanic, or similar)
- Several years of experience in janitorial / facility management
- Good knowledge of building technology and handling of fault reporting systems
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Service-oriented personality with a strong customer focus
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, CAFM advantageous)
- Willingness for occasional on-call or special services
- Driver's license category B
