Production Mechanic EFZ for 3-Shift Operation

• Setting up and converting automated filling and packaging machines according to the specification documents, as well as their supervision under cleanroom conditions and in hygienically monitored zones
• Supplying consumables during ongoing operations
• Troubleshooting process and equipment malfunctions within the assigned responsibilities
• Detailed documentation of all manufacturing steps and deviations during production, both on paper and electronically (Batch Record)
• Implementation of cleaning, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Independent maintenance work and execution of autonomous maintenance
• Completed vocational training with EFZ, ideally in a technical field
• Experience in operating mechatronic production machines is desirable

• High personal responsibility in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharmaceuticals), as well as strict adherence to hygiene requirements
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are required
• Active participation in the continuous development of production processes within the framework of operational improvement management
• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift operation
• Flexibility to support other production lines if needed or to perform additional shifts during high workload (annual working time)
