Here’s what you need to do
- Personnel, technical, and administrative management of the departments timber construction, carpentry/joinery, interior design/flooring
- Leading and promoting a motivated team of about 10 employees
- Future planning and strategic development of the entire department
- Acquisition of new projects, calculation, as well as comprehensive customer consulting and support
- Project development and controlling with cost, quality, and deadline control including billing
These are your skills and strengths
- Ideally, a basic training as a carpenter, joiner, or floor layer with appropriate further training (e.g., foreman, project manager, master craftsman, technician, business specialist, or a comparable career path)
- Experience in a comparable leadership position
- Entrepreneurial, networked, and analytical thinking and acting
- A communicative personality with negotiation skills
- The ability and joy to motivate and lead people
