About the job
In the middle of the green Rotmonten district, within walking distance to the University of St.Gallen, lies the Holzweid Continuing Education Center. An attractive campus with two seminar buildings and a guesthouse.
Your tasks
- Operation of building services
- Operation and adjustments of the building management system
- Various technical maintenance work
- Plan and carry out revision work
- Execution and troubleshooting of malfunctions on machines and systems
- Carry out various orders such as purchases
- Plan contacts with suppliers
- Assist with the annual maintenance budgeting
Your profile
- Technical basic training preferably in the field of sanitary, heating, ventilation, electrician as a must-have criterion
- Additional training, for example maintenance specialist, operations maintenance specialist desirable
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Good commercial and digital skills
- Very good German and English skills
- Flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, structured
