EMS Les Marronniers
Welcoming and warm, our establishment is located in the heart of nature, in Chêne-Bougeries. More than 90 employees daily put their skills at the service of 63 residents who live in individual rooms.
The quality of care is at the heart of our concern, we develop common strategies for all our teams, an interdisciplinarity that offers qualitative support to each of our Residents.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
QUALIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
Contract type: CDMA
Activity rate: 70%
Profile sought
TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Training as Red Cross auxiliary or support auxiliary.
- French language spoken and written (minimum level according to Red Cross Health Auxiliary training requirements).
- Minimum one year experience with elderly persons.
- Knowledge and mastery of SADIES-DIR software and basic computer tools desired.
- Valid work permit in Switzerland
TECHNICAL SKILLS (Knowledge and Know-how)
- Provide hygiene and comfort care under the responsibility of the ASSC and the nurse.
- Take care of the Resident's clothes and material environment.
- Skills in palliative care and end-of-life support desired.
- Sense of observation, analytical and synthesis capacity.
- Organizational skills, ability to take initiatives.
RELATIONAL SKILLS (Interpersonal skills)
- Value the abilities, resources, and potential of Residents by promoting their autonomy in daily life activities.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to communicate assertively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Flexibility, split shifts, weekend work, physical endurance.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary environment.
