Truck Workshop Manager 100% 

Your Tasks 

• Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, and their superstructures
• Plan and coordinate all repairs as well as MFK appointments for around 30 trucks and trailers
• Monitor vehicle availability and maintain complete documentation of all maintenance and damages
• Maintain the gas station and the truck wash
• Manage the spare parts warehouse including tires and operating materials
• Organize breakdown assistance and winter service
• Provide technical support for new acquisitions and in case of disruptions during ongoing operations
• Identify optimization potential in the fleet area and implement corresponding measures

Your Profile 

• Completed training as a truck or agricultural machinery mechanic 
• Driver's license category CE
• Professional experience in maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles (trucks, trailers)
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Experience in staff management is an advantage
