Project Manager Industrialization (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Project Manager Industrialization to strengthen our expertise in industrialization at Endress+Hauser Flow. Here in Reinach, Switzerland, we develop and manufacture high-quality flow measurement technology for the global market. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and the shared goal of enabling precise and sustainable processes in various industries.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy cross-functional work and want to contribute to the successful global market launch and lifecycle of high-tech products. You will work in a dynamic, international team at the center of our production network in Reinach and interact with global contacts from product development, process development, and manufacturing.

What tasks will you take on? 
You will:

• Be part of a dynamic, internationally active team for the industrialization of innovative products
• Be responsible as (co-)project manager for global industrialization in product development projects
• Coordinate and implement product changes throughout the entire lifecycle as a production planner
• Define and maintain production master data including variant configuration
• Ensure seamless collaboration between development, production, and quality to transfer products from development into stable manufacturing
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the field of industrialization

What do we expect from you?
You:

• Have completed a degree in a technical field (e.g., production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable)
• Bring several years of professional experience in an industrial environment
• Have proven experience in project management, ideally in product industrialization or manufacturing technology
• Are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written, at a very good level
• Work carefully and responsibly, show a high willingness to learn, quick comprehension, team spirit, and initiative
