We are recruiting a 100% Maître d'Hôtel on a permanent contract for our Boutique Hotel and Chic Brasserie in Bellevue, with a start date as soon as possible.

You have proven experience as a confirmed Head Waiter/Waitress and wish to evolve in a professional, human, and elegant environment.

YOUR MISSION:

Alongside the Director and Deputy Director of the establishment, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the dining room services, to offer each guest a fluid, attentive, and unforgettable moment. You will supervise the runners and head waiters/waitresses, while contributing to the positive dynamic of the dining room team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or confirmed server

• Training in hotel and restaurant management (CFC, CAP/BEP or equivalent)

• Ease in managing several sections, taking orders, cash handling,

• Ease in customer relations

• Good knowledge of French and English (minimum B1)

• Passion for customer contact, team spirit, and exemplary behavior

• Good mastery of HACCP standards and service standards

• Knowledge of Lightspeed: a plus!
