Business Development Intern (100%, 6 months)
Starting date: 1st April 2026
Your role:
As a Business Development Intern, you will support the EMEA Sales team in identifying new business opportunities across strategic, high-value market segments. You will help uncover prospects that are traditionally difficult to reach through standard digital channels.
Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, you will be working closely with Area Sales Managers, to define the most effective outreach strategies — from messaging and content to communication channels — targeting key decision-makers across sectors such as mining, power generation, infrastructure, or oil & gas.
Your mission is to open the door to new opportunities for the sales team and contribute directly to accelerating Flyability’s growth in promising segments.
What you will own:
- Conduct proactive outreach through a mix of social media engagement, cold calling, and email efforts.
- Qualify leads and transfer relevant opportunities to the appropriate Area Sales Manager.
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of outbound activities to the Sales Director.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and the Regional Marketing Manager to determine optimal content, channels, and audiences for outbound campaigns.
- Suggest improvements and new approaches based on campaign results, including how AI can enhance Flyability’s outbound strategy.
- Occasionally support Area Sales Managers as needed, including travel when required.
Your profile:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Fluent in English (additional European or Arabic languages are a strong asset).
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and enthusiastic problem-solver.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Salesforce knowledge or CRM experience is a strong asset.
- Interest in technology, drones, robotics, or industrial innovation is highly valued
