About the job
From March 2026, we are looking for several committed and proactive teachers for deputy positions in the Business and Digital department. The assignments take place within the framework of maternity and paternity leaves. You will accompany and support our apprentices in vocational education and training as well as in the vocational baccalaureate.
The deputy positions can be divided among several people.
Workload
- March: 3 weekly lessons
- May: 4 to 24 weekly lessons
- June: 4 to 9 weekly lessons
Please indicate in your application letter the period you are available and the capacity (number of weekly lessons) you can take on in the respective months. This allows us to plan the deputy positions optimally.
- You impart knowledge in the subject of Business and/or the corresponding area of competence (commercial apprenticeship EFZ) and accompany our apprentices on their path in vocational education and training with and without vocational baccalaureate 1.
- In our modern learning environment, you develop and implement creative and future-oriented training concepts.
- You promote the social development of our apprentices and support them in their professional and personal development.
- With your enthusiasm for the subject, you inspire the apprentices and motivate them to reach their full potential.
- You have completed a degree in Business (major) and the corresponding teaching diploma or are still in training to become a teacher.
- You enjoy inspiring young people and motivating them with new ideas.
- You are creative and enjoy developing and applying innovative teaching methods and have a high technological affinity to effectively integrate modern tools and digital media into teaching.
- Your social skills help you to promote the personal development of the apprentices and to support them individually.
- Initiative, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility characterize you.

In this deputy position, you will teach in the Digital Work Environment department. A confident handling of digital tools and their use in teaching is therefore essential.
