Construction Supervisor / Project Manager Civil and Demolition Works (m/f)

Your main tasks include:
- Independent management, organization, and supervision of construction sites in the field of civil and demolition works from planning to site completion phase
- Responsible for deadlines, quality, costs, and occupational safety
- Coordination and leadership of employees and inventory on the construction site
- Preparation of measurements, reports, and billing
- Technical and commercial project support in close cooperation with clients, authorities, and internal contacts
You bring the following qualifications:
- Several years of experience as a construction supervisor or project manager in civil and demolition works
- Organizational talent, assertiveness, and high personal responsibility
- Completed training in the main construction trade with further education as a construction supervisor, master builder, or civil engineer
- Very good knowledge of measurement and billing as well as handling SIA standards
- Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Resilient, flexible, and solution-oriented
- You are characterized by a strong performance orientation and team spirit as well as very high loyalty to our company
