What to expect:
Development and establishment of standards, methods, and guidelines in controlling
Preparation, validation, and analysis of data for decision support
Ensuring the department-specific requirements in reporting
Efficient design and further development of reporting
Finalization of reports and coordination with the business partner
Independent preparation of internal group cost allocations according to OECD guidelines
Execution of accrual postings and coordination with the finance department
Design of intuitive dashboards and further development of the BI system for better decision support
You bring with you:
Completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification
Solid business and industry-specific knowledge for analyzing and preparing information tailored to the audience
Very strong IT skills including reporting, ensuring high quality of data and reports (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, SAP)
Strong personal skills, especially resilience, attention to detail, and conscientiousness, ensuring very good results even under high pressure
Strong customer orientation and consulting skills to capture stakeholder needs and discuss solution alternatives
Initial practical experience in controlling or business analytics is an advantage but not a must. Motivated career starters with solid training are also warmly welcome.
