The Hallenstadion gastronomy department is responsible for all catering at the Hallenstadion Zurich – the largest and most modern event arena in Switzerland, with space for up to 15,500 guests. We operate numerous take-aways, restaurants, bars, banquet rooms as well as exclusive box suites and VIP areas. Our offerings range from fine dining to quick, contemporary food and drinks, making every event a culinary experience.

To support our kitchen team, we are expanding our team from November 2026 or by agreement with a:

Box Suite Sous-Chef & VIP (m/f)

Workload: 100% / no hourly room duties!

Area of responsibility:

You are primarily responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality kitchen performance in our VIP restaurant Topline and the box suite area of the Hallenstadion. In doing so, you independently lead and organise your 4-person kitchen team.

Additionally, together with the Sous-Chef of public catering, you deputise for the head of the kitchen area during their absence.

Requirements:

• Completed chef apprenticeship (EBA or EFZ)
• Good German skills (spoken & written)
• Several years of experience as Chef de Partie / Sous-Chef in renowned establishments
• High quality orientation and guest-focused thinking
• Strength in efficient work and leadership organisation
• Computer skills are an advantage
• Willingness for a long-term collaboration
• Residence preferably in the greater Zurich area
