We are looking for an immediate (or by arrangement) maternity cover for a finance specialist in our central services. The position is initially limited until the end of 2026 with the option of extension.

Your tasks
- Processing/account assignment of invoices
- Issuing debtor invoices
- Supporting management in quarterly, half-year, and annual closing tasks
- SAP evaluations
- Responding to various inquiries/clarifications in the finance area
- Creating overviews and reports, controlling tasks
- Checking compliance with expense regulations
- Creating complex lists/tables
Your profile
- Commercial basic training (EFZ)
- Further training in finance is an advantage
- Confident German and English skills
- Good Excel and SAP skills
- Work experience in public administration or a university is an advantage
