Your missions – Supervision and performance
Supervise and organize the daily work of the workshop, distribute tasks according to priorities and skills
Manage and motivate the team, encourage skills development and strengthen cohesion
Ensure respect of deadlines, production standards, and quality of parts
Control operations and propose solutions to optimize processes and reduce waste
Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
Ensure employee safety and proper functioning of equipment
Your profile – What we are looking for
Basic technical training (CFC in mechanics, micromechanics or equivalent)
Proven experience in a similar role and team management in an industrial environment
Mastery of production monitoring tools and performance indicators
Leadership, rigor, and analytical mindset
Ability to manage priorities and unite a team
Fluent French
