About the job
Your new role
The Department of Environment and Energy coordinates the implementation of the city energy concept 2050 and enforces the environmental protection law in the areas of noise, air, and radiation. You are responsible for the specialist areas of noise protection and protection against sound (NISSG). This includes noise assessments according to the Noise Protection Ordinance, sound measurements, as well as participation in national and cantonal committees. In addition, you work in the area of environmental and energy data management and lead projects. From summer 2027, there may be the possibility to slightly increase the workload.
This position is for you if
- You are interested in and committed to environmental and climate protection.
- You have a completed degree in the fields of building physics, engineering, or natural sciences.
- You have knowledge or experience in the areas of noise protection, protection against sound, and data management.
- You have a flair for technology and numbers.
- You enjoy project work and contact with various specialist offices as well as the public.
