About the job
For the Dementia/Delirium ward we are looking for you for a permanent position immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You complement the interdisciplinary team of our Dementia/Delirium ward with nursing expertise and commitment.
- You support people in acute crisis, actively involving relatives and the individual life situation of the patients.
- You work in a three-shift system and implement internal processes and guidelines.
- You see yourself as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and share responsibility for the professional implementation of the ward concept.
Profile
- Diploma nurse FH or HF, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry, acute geriatrics or acute somatics
- In addition to commitment and responsibility, we expect a high level of professionalism in the care and support of people with dementia
- Flexible, resilient and motivated personality with high social competence and application of validation
- Interest in continuous professional development
