Want to dive into the captivating world of private banking? Our BEM internship program, lasting 24 months, is made for you!
Our mission is to develop your skills, reveal your potential, and offer you a rewarding professional experience in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
In addition to your tasks within our teams, you will participate in inter-company courses in the banking sector (CYP – Challenge Your Potential), as well as internal training sessions, to strengthen your theoretical and practical knowledge.
Your role
Integrated into the Operations division, you will be at the heart of the action and have the opportunity to:
- actively contribute to the team’s projects and missions, under the supervision of our expert trainers;
- develop your technical skills and apply the knowledge acquired throughout the program;
- discover and adapt to the demanding and exciting world of banking;
- attend theoretical banking courses at CYP (Challenge Your Potential);
- actively participate in internal training (derivative and structured products, wealth management activities, loans and mortgages).
Your profile
Are you motivated, curious, and ready to take on challenges? Here is what we are looking for:
- Comfortable handling numbers and a developed analytical mind.
- A strong interest in IT tools (MS Office, Avaloq banking software, AI).
- You are domiciled in Switzerland and have a solid academic background with very good results.
It is necessary to hold one of these diplomas:
- Gymnasium maturity (preferably in economics and law)
- Professional maturity in a non-banking sector
