In our retirement home, 70 residents live on four floors. We place great importance on our residents being able to determine and shape their lives as much as possible.

We are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Certified nursing professionals FH or HF as Head of Nursing and Care 90-100%

Your responsibilities include leading the nursing team, interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors, and therapists, as well as implementing and monitoring operational goals. You actively support our team in everyday nursing with high quality standards, social skills, patience, and empathy, and bring knowledge in validation and kinaesthetics.

For this interesting and demanding activity, we expect experience in caring for and nursing elderly people as well as at least 3 years of leadership experience in a retirement home.

You, as a certified nursing professional HF or FH (SRK recognized), convince with a sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
