DEPUTY HEAD OF REFRACTORY MASONRY (m/f/d)

Tasks/Responsibilities
What you will achieve:
- Masonry: Demand-oriented and provision of refractory deliveries (ladles, distributors, furnace vessels, etc.) for the steelworks in compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Prepare and accompany refractory tests, written documentation with evaluations and recommendations
- Logistics: Demand-oriented and timely organization of refractory consumables and operating materials in the steelworks in compliance with cost, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Operation and organization of the recycling center including slag crane management and disposal
Technical support of machines and materials as well as function monitoring and ensuring delivery quality.
- Professional and disciplinary deputy management of the department
Skills
You inspire us:
- Completed vocational training as a mason EFZ / experience as refractory foreman is mandatory
- Good professional knowledge of refractory deliveries in the steelworks or similar
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Leadership experience in a similar function, preferably in an industrial environment
- Good IT skills such as SAP and MS Office
- Good German and English skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
- Pragmatic working style, can-do mentality
- Winning and team-oriented personality, high resilience and assertiveness
- Forklift and crane license is an advantage
