Head Greenkeeper or
Greenkeeper (m/f/d)
Your demanding and varied range of tasks includes the following main duties:
- Maintenance and upkeep of the 9-hole golf course and the driving range according to recognized greenkeeping standards - lawn care, mowing, irrigation, fertilization, and plant protection
- Care of bunkers, tees, greens, and fairways
- Maintenance and operation of machines and equipment
- Carrying out minor repairs and structural maintenance work
- Coordination and guidance of the greenkeeping team (for the position of Head Greenkeeper)
- Participation in the planning and implementation of improvement and renovation projects
- Tree care and professional pruning in the course area
- Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards
Your profile:
- Completed training in greenkeeping, landscape maintenance, or horticulture - several years of professional experience on a golf course, ideally in a leadership role (for Head Greenkeeper)
- Sound knowledge in lawn care and golf course maintenance
- Manual skills and enjoyment of practical work
- Knowledge in tree care is an advantage
- Ideally in possession of a plant protection certificate
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- Team player and enjoyment of working outdoors
- Driver's license category B, knowledge of machines and equipment is an advantage
- Willingness to work weekends and early shifts
