Your Tasks
Caring for people with dementia is a rewarding challenge and fulfillment for you at the same time. As a health professional, you plan and organize the daily routine within your area of expertise and are responsible for holistic and individualized care and support of our residents. You also ensure the electronic care documentation and the application of the RAI system regarding care standards and are an important contact person for the residents and their relatives.
Your Profile
- Secondary level education (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
- Flexibility and resilience
- Conscientious working style
- Understanding and empathy for people with dementia
