Our client is an established retirement home in the field of long-term care, offering its residents high-quality care and support in a modern new building. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Health Specialist FAGE by arrangement.

Health Specialist FAGE (m/f/d)

- Care and support of elderly people in everyday life

- Maintaining care documentation using easyDok

- Coordination within the framework of interRAI LTCF

- Independent organisation of daily care routines

- Collaboration with nursing expert APN on professional matters

- Deployment on weekends and public holidays as needed

- Consideration of individual needs of the residents

- Completed training as FAGE EFZ

- Experience in long-term care is an advantage

- Understanding of the concerns of elderly people

- Independent, responsible working style with organisational talent

- Flexibility for work assignments on weekends/public holidays

- Social competence as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form

- Proficient in maintaining care documentation with easyDok

- Experience as interRAI LTCF coordinator or willingness to attend courses
