The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. Your demanding and varied tasks:
You work in a committed and qualified team for the Ebnet and Park houses. Residents, tenants, and guests especially appreciate the high-quality, fresh, and tasteful preparation of meals.
With your high awareness of quality, you do everything to get the best out of the ingredients used. Care, solid expertise, and joy in cooking characterize your daily work. You actively bring your know-how into the team and thus contribute to constructive and appreciative collaboration.
You work flexibly in all areas of the kitchen and make an important contribution to a smooth and efficient kitchen routine.
Our requirements:
- Completed training as a Cook EFZ
- Training as a diet cook is an advantage
- Experience in home or hospital catering is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Joy in cooking and contact with our guests
- Team spirit, commitment, and motivation to share knowledge
- Neat appearance
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
